GrooveText is a web-based SaaS platform that allows users to create professional lyric videos with AI-powered audio synchronization. The Service uses Google Gemini 2.5 Pro to align lyrics with audio, offers cloud-based video rendering via AWS Lambda, and provides subscription plans with varying features, limits, and pricing tiers.

3. User Content and Copyright

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. However, by using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to the audio content you upload
  • Your use of the content complies with applicable copyright laws
  • Your use qualifies as fair use or you have obtained proper licenses
  • You will not use the Service for any infringing purposes

GrooveText is not responsible for any copyright infringement by users. You assume all liability for the content you upload and create using our Service.
